Submitting an order on this website creates an enquiry, not a confirmed sale. Once we review your enquiry, we contact you to confirm final pricing, availability and delivery details, and share our UPI payment number. Your order is confirmed only after we have received your payment and acknowledged it.
Fireworks must be purchased and used only by adults, in accordance with local laws and any state or municipal restrictions on the sale, possession and bursting of firecrackers. By placing an enquiry, you confirm you are legally permitted to purchase and use fireworks in your location.
We aim to keep product listings, stock and pricing accurate, but occasional errors or stock changes can occur. Final price and availability are confirmed at the time your enquiry is accepted, before any payment is requested.
Payments are accepted only via UPI, made directly to the shop’s UPI number shared with you after your enquiry is accepted. We do not collect card or bank details through this website.

Fireworks are inherently hazardous products. Shri Balaji Crackers is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from improper storage, handling or use of products purchased through this website. Always follow the safety instructions printed on each product.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.
