Orders are dispatched via licensed transport/courier partners in compliance with applicable regulations for shipping fireworks. Shipping charges are not included in your order total — they are collected separately by the transport company at the time of delivery.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the transporter’s own schedule, and can vary especially during the festive season. We’ll share an estimated delivery window with you once your enquiry is confirmed.
An order placed on this website is an enquiry. It becomes a confirmed order only after we accept it and receive your UPI payment — see our Terms & Conditions.
Because fireworks are safety-sensitive, hazardous goods, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or tampered products. We will offer a replacement or full refund only when:
Approved refunds are sent back to the same UPI account the payment was made from, usually within 5–7 business days.
